Wholesale Policies
Submit your order by email - shelly@neighborhoodblonde.com.
When ordering, please include the following information: store & contact name, phone number, address, and items with quantities. If you have any particular requests for books or such, include that too.
An invoice will be sent in 1-2 business days. Payment is due by time of delivery.
Products are made to order. Please allow a lead time of 10 - 15 business days for your order to be delivered once the order has been submitted and finalized.
Due to the nature of repurposed materials, there may be marks and/or wear. This is just proof that the item is truly a one-of-a-kind piece!
If your store is located in Pittsburgh, PA the order will be hand-delivered for a $5 fee.
If shipping is necessary due to store location, costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Costs are determined by package weight and will be assessed on an order-by-order basis. Orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail.
If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact me immediately. For your convenience I would like to take care of any issues as quickly as possible.
No returns accepted without prior approval.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Returns must include original tags and packaging.
